- Payment AND ad submission must both be received no later than January 12th, 2024.

Please submit protocol in Arial Font at 28pt size or larger.

Written Protocol will be accepted on-site Coronation Weekend on Saturday, February 3rd beginning at 12 PM through 3 PM. Information should be turned in to the Master of Protocol in the hospitality suite. Late Protocol will NOT be accepted.
* Reigning Monarchs will have their full protocol read, all other titles will be “One Title, One Walk.” The Imperial Court of Minnesota reserves the right to redline protocol as it sees fit to ensure smooth and efficient Court Walks.
