Requirements
- All ads MUST be submitted at 300 dpi, RGB color resolution as a JPEG, PDF, or PNG file. No other file types will be accepted.
- Payment AND ad submission must both be received no later than Friday, January 9th, 2026.

Imperial Court of Minnesota is a “One Title, One Walk” court. The Imperial Court of Minnesota reserves the right to redline any protocol submitted for the sake of timing.
Please submit protocol in Arial Font at 28pt size or larger.

Written Protocol will be accepted on-site Coronation Weekend on Saturday, February 1st beginning at 12 PM through 3 PM. Information should be turned in to the Master of Protocol in the hospitality suite. Late Protocol will NOT be accepted.
